• Material planning supervisor

  Job Description

  • Monitor the material plan, prepare the material plan according to the production weekly plan and send it to the supplier on time;
  • Monitor the arrival of raw materials on time and ensure the timely supply of production materials;
  • Use JNI tools to analyze raw material inventory and make inventory reduction plans;
  • Coordination and handling of supplier's abnormal delivery;
  • Coordinated handling of emergency materials;
  • Supplier delivery performance management;
  • Promote suppliers to improve timely delivery rate;
  • Continuous optimization of raw material inventory, so that inventory standards;
  • Responsible for improving the system documents of relevant departments;
  • Training material accounting professional skills, and constantly improve the team ability;

  
  

  Qualifications

  Accounting raw material safety inventory, MIN/MAX value, proficient in EXCEL, can use ERP system, professional knowledge of raw material inventory control, understand supplier management more than 3 years of material planning management experience in foreign company automotive industry, college degree or above, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure.

• Director of the project department

  Job Description

  • According to the overall plan of the company, to achieve the project management strategy and objectives;
  • Supervise and confirm project planning and operation management, including project evaluation, cost control, schedule control, quality, risk and procurement management, etc;
  • Responsible for the development of project management system, including personnel system, financial system and quality management norms;
  • Responsible for the internal team management and construction of the project, including personnel training and performance assessment;
  • Organize the development of project annual budget and profit targets;
  • Responsible for all internal and external communication and coordination;
  • Participate in the design of the company's production strategy, principles and procedures;
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the effectiveness of production and achieve the target quantity, quality, time structure and cost requirements;
  • Motivate the department staff to achieve the team goal;
  • Participate in and ensure the smooth start of the project;
  • Continuous improvement of production process to improve production efficiency;
  • Comply with health, safety and environmental regulations;

  Qualifications

• Interior and exterior design engineer

  Job Description

  • Familiar with the development trend of instrument door protection panel products at home and abroad and the development trend of the same industry, with the planning ability of interior design technology;
  • Familiar with the design and development of military vehicle instrument panel system and door guard module;
  • Can quickly and accurately identify product problems and propose effective rectification plans;
  • Have the ability to optimize the development process of interior products and the optimization and update of technical standards;
  • Familiar with process resources, master the design requirements of existing processes, and ensure that the designed products meet the company's process capabilities;
  • Master the performance indicators of the instrument panel system and door guard module, and be able to complete the selection of materials and the formulation and review of design schemes according to the performance indicators;
  • Good communication and reporting skills;

  
  

  Qualifications

  Bachelor degree or above (major in automotive engineering, mold, materials, machinery, etc.), more than 8 years of work experience, responsible for at least 2 types of system design/development.
